About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive Intern to support our ESIC compliance team. The intern will primarily assist in ESIC Insured Person (IP) registration, employee data management, and related compliance activities. This role offers practical exposure to statutory compliance processes, employee onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
ESIC Compliance Support
- Generate and register ESIC Insured Person (IP) numbers for eligible employees.
- Verify employee details and supporting documents required for ESIC registration.
- Ensure timely processing of ESIC enrollments in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee data collection and validation.
Data Entry & Record Management
- Accurately enter employee information into compliance and HR systems.
- Maintain employee records, statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
- Update and track ESIC-related data and employee status changes.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Compliance Coordination
- Assist in monitoring statutory compliance requirements related to ESIC.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports and MIS trackers.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and documentation.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
- Eligible for NAPS apprenticeship/internship program.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with statutory compliance processes (ESIC, PF, Labour Laws) is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
