Job Description:
Placewell Retail is hiring a Telecaller & CRM Executive to manage customer leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer data across systems. This role combines telecalling with backend CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers
- Update and manage customer data in CRM / Google Sheets
- Track lead status, conversions, and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for store visits and closures
- Share offers, product details, EMI options, and new launches with customers
- Ensure proper lead management with timely follow-ups
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Bengali, or Nepali
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Google Sheets / Excel
- Comfortable with WhatsApp communication
- Strong follow-up and data management skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads with accuracy
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or CRM handling
- Background in retail (electronics/mobile/laptop stores preferred)
- Experience with tools like Zoho CRM, Excel, or similar systems
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, basic English)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Reliance Digital, Croma, Great Eastern, or similar retail environments
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle 100–150 calls daily
