We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BDE) for our Business Development (BD) team. The candidate will focus solely on lead generation for our SEO and PPC services through various online channels. This role requires strong research skills, understanding of digital marketing services, and a basic ability to identify potential prospects that align with the company’s offerings.
Responsibilities:
· Generate leads for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) services using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, email outreach tools, and freelancing portals.
· Research and identify potential clients and industries in need of digital marketing services.
· Maintain and organize lead databases using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
· Assist in preparing introductory messages and outreach templates for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
· Collaborate with senior team members to pass on qualified leads for conversion.
· Stay updated on the latest SEO and PPC trends to effectively identify relevant opportunities.
· Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets and report on performance metrics
Requirements:
· 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably for digital marketing services.
· Basic understanding of SEO (on-page/off-page, keywords, rankings) and PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CTR, CPC, etc.).
· Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or email tools is a plus.
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Good written communication for outreach and initial messaging.
· Highly organized, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing domain.
Educational Qualification
· Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, etc.).
· Certification or training in digital/email marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
