Role Summary
New Fleet Solutions is looking for experienced and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling international customers, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, primarily in the US market.
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting company standards and SLAs.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance, quality, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK/Australian Process preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral accent with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Process).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US Customer Support or Technical Support.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
