Hiring: Telecaller Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Railway Station)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
(Salary will be based on interview performance and relevant experience.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
- Update customer details and call records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
Eligibility:
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.
