Alongside our advisory practice, we are building a strong ecosystem involving Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, legal professionals, valuation experts, and other business support services under one platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and professionally driven individual to support the firm’s business development and client acquisition activities.
The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, coordinating meetings, maintaining follow-ups, and building long-term professional relationships with businesses across different industries.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, professional personality, business maturity, and the ability to represent the organisation in a credible and structured manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential business clients
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups with founders and business owners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with the advisory team
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and direct outreach
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and business opportunities
- Represent the organisation professionally during meetings and discussions
- Assist in expanding the firm’s client network and market presence
Skills & Requirements
- MBA Mandatory (Finance preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional personality and business communication ability
- Confidence in client interaction and meetings
- Ability to build relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Basic understanding of business, finance, or advisory services preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and networking activities
- English and Marathi communication skills preferred
