Brands Accord LLP is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the professionalism required to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Organize and maintain important files, records, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics with internal and external stakeholders
- Screen visitors and manage daily administrative operations
- Monitor and order office supplies when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with office administration procedures and equipment
