We are seeking an experienced Mastercam Programmer to develop, optimize, and support CNC programs for Haas CNC Turning Centers, Haas UMC-500 5-Axis Machining Centers, and Haas Turn-Mill Machines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mastercam programming, machining strategy development, tooling selection, process optimization, and shop-floor support to ensure high-quality production with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
- CNC Turning
- Haas UMC-500 5-Axis Machining Center
- Haas Turn-Mill (Mill-Turn) Machines
- Generate efficient toolpaths for complex components.
- Develop machining processes to minimize cycle time while maintaining quality.
- Select cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and machining strategies.
- Prepare setup sheets, tooling lists, and work instructions.
- Verify and simulate programs before releasing to production
