Job Description
Sponsorwale is looking for Sales & Business Development professionals with strong communication skills, B2B sales experience, and the ability to build business relationships with brands, companies, and event organizers.
Sponsorwale works in the events and sponsorship industry, where we connect event organizers with suitable sponsors and brands. The selected candidate will help identify sponsorship opportunities, connect with potential sponsors, approach businesses, manage follow-ups, and convert sponsorship leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential sponsors, brands, businesses, and decision-makers
- Build relationships with companies interested in event promotions and brand visibility
- Coordinate with event organizers and understand sponsorship requirements
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, LinkedIn, local networks, and field visits
- Explain Sponsorwale’s services and sponsorship opportunities to clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities
- Support sponsorship proposals, client discussions, and deal closures
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and client responses
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, partnerships, or business development
- Good networking and client-handling ability
- Field sales experience will be preferred
- Experience in events, sponsorship, advertising, media, real estate, steel, construction, finance, or local business networks will be an added advantage
- Confident in approaching business owners, companies, and decision-makers
Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, network strength, and sales capability.
