Role Overview:
Handle inbound & outbound leads, convert enquiries into sales, manage follow-ups, and close service contracts (AMC & one-time services) from the office.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound calls, website & digital leads
✔ Outbound calling for follow-ups & lead conversion
✔ Explain pest control services, AMC packages & pricing
✔ Prepare quotations & coordinate with operations
✔ Update CRM & maintain lead records
✔ Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Who We’re Looking For
Graduate / Undergraduate (Sales background preferred)
1 years of inside sales / tele-sales experience (Freshers with strong communication may apply)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic Excel & CRM knowledge
Target-oriented & result-driven mindset
