*About the Role*
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader (Career Counselor)to join our team.In this role, you will guide students and professionals in choosing the right academic and career pathways, while also contributing to achieving the organization’s targets.This position requires strong communication skills, counselling expertise, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Lead 5 members team and guide them in a proper way to give proper counseling to students.
* Provide one-on-one career counseling to students regarding courses, universities, and study options if required.
* Assess students academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
* Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
* Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure student conversions from inquiry to admission.
* Guide students through the entire application process and documentation.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, academic institutions, and partners.
* Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to counseling, admissions, and revenue.
* Train and support junior counselors when required.
* Maintain updated knowledge about courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
*Skills & Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
* Proven experience as a Career Counselor or in the education/overseas consultancy sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation and convincing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Target-driven, organized, and proactive attitude.
