Job role: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Fleet Operations Executive to manage and streamline our corporate cab operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding cabs onto the platform, coordinating and negotiating with drivers and fleet partners, managing transportation routes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day fleet operations in Punjabi and Hindi languages. This role is well-suited for freshers and candidates with BPO, customer service, or operations experience who possess strong communication and coordination skills.

- Salary Package: 15-20k
- Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9 pm and 3 pm to 12 am (UK Shift)
- 5 Working days, Full-time
- Work from the office
- Must have own two-wheeler vehicle (bike/Activa) with valid driving license
- Expert in speaking Punjabi and Hindi
Required skills:
- Strong Speaking skills in Punjabi and Hindi
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates with BPO, customer support, telecalling, operations, logistics, or transportation experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard corporate cabs and fleet partners onto the platform.
- Coordinate with cab owners, fleet vendors, and drivers for smooth operations.
- Negotiate commercial and operational terms with drivers and fleet partners.
- Manage driver onboarding, engagement, and daily operational support.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure timely pickups, drop-offs, and route adherence by drivers.
- Resolve driver, fleet, and route-related operational issues promptly.
- Verify and maintain fleet documentation and compliance records.
- Track daily fleet performance and operational metrics.
- Maintain accurate operational reports and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and drivers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day fleet and transportation operations.
