Job Role : HR Assistant
Role Overview
The HR Assistant will support the execution of HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee data, payroll inputs, compliance documentation, and smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employee documents and HR records with accuracy.
- Call and coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up on interview schedules.
- Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and posting jobs on job portals.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Perform general HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualification
- 1 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or Office Management
- Working knowledge of payroll inputs, HRMS
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
