. Project Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, and Site teams.
- Ensure project activities are progressing as per approved schedule.
- Identify delays and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
2. Project Planning & Tracking
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and action plans.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and pending activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure.
3. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate between Engineering/Design, Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Site teams.
- Ensure timely availability of drawings, material, fabrication status, inspection clearance, and dispatch requirements.
- Communicate project priorities and changes to concerned departments.
4. Client & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams as required.
- Share project updates and required documents with stakeholders.
- Maintain records of client comments, approvals, and pending issues.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related concerns.
5. Documentation & MIS
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals, drawings, and records.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and follow up on action points.
- Prepare project status reports and management MIS.
- Maintain project trackers for material, drawings, production, dispatch, and site activities.
6. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential project delays and coordination gaps.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
- Follow up with responsible departments for corrective actions.
- Support timely resolution of project-related issues.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in PEB, steel structure, fabrication, construction, or heavy engineering industry.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
