Job Title: Recruiter (GCC Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Previous experience hiring in GCC countries is a must.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Pay: ₹15,097.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
