We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Japanese Language Expert – BFSI)
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong BFSI domain expertise and Japanese language proficiency? We're looking for a client-facing professional to work closely with Japanese stakeholders on large-scale banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Japanese clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Bridge communication between Japanese business users and global technology teams.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business solutions.
- Support business transformation, process automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong BFSI domain expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, Securities, Settlements, Payments, Treasury, or Risk.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in business transformation, automation, or digital initiatives.
Japanese Language Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Ability to conduct meetings and workshops with Japanese stakeholders.
- Experience translating business and functional documents between Japanese and English.
- JLPT N2/N1 certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Securities Services, SSI Management, Capital Markets Operations.
- AI, Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Workflow Transformation.
- Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
