CBitss Technologies is a unit of Sukrala IT Services Pvt. Ltd. Company. We are dealing with IT Operations, IT & Accounts trainings, Comm Skills training and Fashion related trainings we are providing. We are looking for highly qualified Quality Manager who can handle quality operations of the company.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems, processes, and standards to meet the organization's objectives and exceed client expectations. The Quality Manager collaborates with various teams, including trainers, instructors, administrators, and support staff, to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery and overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement quality management systems and processes tailored to the training institute's needs.
*Establish and monitor quality standards for training programs, instructional materials, and support services.
*Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
*Analyze training feedback and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing training effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
*Facilitate training sessions on quality management principles and practices for staff members to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality initiatives, initiatives, and improvement projects, and report findings to management.
*Provide guidance and support to staff members on quality-related matters, including quality control, assurance, and compliance.
*Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in training methodologies to ensure the institute's quality standards remain current and relevant.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in quality management are a plus.
*Proven experience in quality management or a similar role, preferably in the education or training industry.
*Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
*Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for training institutes.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively convey quality-related information.
*Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Proficiency in using quality management software, tools, and systems.
*A passion for training and education, with a genuine desire to enhance the learning experience for students and professionals.
Working days: Mon-Sat (6 days)
Shift hours: 9-7

Pay: ₹19,644.27 - ₹35,217.65 per month
