Aqua J1 Technologies is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive business development and client acquisition through direct field activities. The role involves meeting prospective clients, generating business opportunities, conducting presentations, understanding customer requirements, and promoting the company's products and services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to generate business through regular field visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct client interactions, networking, and market outreach.
- Identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and business offers.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain records of client meetings, visits, and sales activities.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the Tele Sales Team and Sales Team Lead for lead management and closures.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Direct Sales.
- Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
