CLEAN O BEST is a premium, high-performance industrial liquid detergent and fabric care brand engineered specifically for high-volume commercial processing units. We manufacture heavy-duty formulations designed to optimize cost-per-wash and efficiency for large industrial consumers.
We are NOT looking for retail, showroom, or inside telesales agents. We are looking for a highly aggressive, resilient, and hungry On-the-Ground B2B Field Sales Champion whose sole mission is to crack open factory gates and secure high-volume corporate contracts across the National Capital Region (NCR).

Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial Cluster Mapping: Physically visit and dominate major industrial hubs across Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Delhi to find target accounts.
- Gatekeeper Management: Confidently navigate past factory security guards and receptionists to get face-to-face with decision-makers (Plant Heads, Factory Managers, Washing Masters, and Procurement Heads).
- Product Trial Acquisition: Deliver commercial-sized samples of Clean O Best to factory floors and aggressively follow up to secure live on-floor washing trials.
- Account Conversion: Smoothly handle objections, pitch cost-per-wash savings, and convert successful trials into bulk monthly Purchase Orders (POs).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales or industrial sales. (Experience selling industrial chemicals, packaging materials, or corporate laundry services is a massive advantage).
- Vehicle: Must own a reliable two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving license for daily field travel across NCR.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi to talk to factory floor staff, with strong professional English communication skills to pitch to corporate procurement heads.
- Mindset: Thick-skinned, highly self-motivated, and a "never take no for an answer" attitude.

- Fixed Monthly Base: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and existing factory network).
- Daily Expenses Covered: Fixed fuel and travel allowance paid out based on verified factory visits.
- Uncapped Recurring Monthly Commission: You don't just get paid once for closing a deal. You will earn a dedicated percentage on every single liter sold, month after month, for the entire lifecycle of the account. If a factory consumes 5,000 liters every month, you get a commission check every single month.
