About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to manage on-ground operations, ensure smooth execution of field activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, or communities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, traveling frequently, and handling operational tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to assigned locations regularly
- Monitor and supervise on-site operations and activities
- Collect data, verify documents, and prepare field reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve on-ground issues and escalate when required
- Build and maintain relationships with clients/customers/vendors
- Provide timely updates and feedback to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in field operations, sales, or related roles (0–3 years can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in field data collection, surveys, or operations
- Familiarity with local area and language
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if required)
