Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients by understanding their skincare and beauty concerns.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on client needs.
- Achieve monthly retail sales and revenue targets.
- Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and post-treatment skincare routines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Cross-sell and upsell skincare products and aesthetic services.
- Maintain product displays, inventory, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with doctors, skin practitioners, and the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, product sales, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales Executive, or Customer Advisor in the aesthetic, dermatology, skincare, cosmetic, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
