Aerobix, Kerala’s first tech-integred fitness studio, is looking for a confident and result-driven Admission Counsellor to guide potential clients and convert inquiries into memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
- Explain fitness programs, packages, and offerings clearly
- Convert leads into memberships through effective counselling
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records
- Deliver a premium and welcoming client experience
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, presentable, and energetic personality
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
