We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Franchise Support Executive to manage franchise communications, special order coordination, customer support, and reporting functions within our confectionery business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling franchise networks, order management, and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Special Order entries in software's and ensure accurate processing.
- Coordinate with factories and outlets for timely execution of special orders.
- Handle franchise calls, operational queries, and support requirements.
- Prepare and maintain franchise sales reports and MIS data.
- Coordinate with franchises during festivals, promotions, and special occasions.
- Resolve customer and franchise concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain order, sales, and customer databases with accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Franchise Support, preferably in the Confectionery, Bakery, FMCG, or Retail industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
