The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) – Housing & LAP Sales will be responsible for driving business growth of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products at the branch level. This role involves leading a team of sales executives, developing channel partners, achieving sales targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.
Drive business volumes for Housing Loans and Loan Against Property.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets as per organizational plans.
Identify and build relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other channel partners.
Conduct sales activities like loan melas, promotional events, and property exhibitions.
Manage and motivate a team of sales officers/executives.
Ensure productivity and target achievement of the team.
Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team members.
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in Housing Loan/LAP sales, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
Industry: NBFCs / Banks / HFCs
