1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, MNCs) for business travel services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate client acquisition goals.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and attending corporate events to generate leads.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement).
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, travel arrangements, and problem resolution.
- Regularly conduct client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions.
3. Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and present customized travel proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure competitive pricing and service delivery.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing corporate clients.
4. Account Management
- Ensure smooth implementation of travel services for new accounts.
- Monitor client usage, analyze booking trends, and suggest value-added services.
- Manage billing, invoicing, credit terms, and payment follow-ups.
5. Market & Industry Insights
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, airline policies, and corporate travel innovations.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings and service standards.
6. Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with ticketing, visa, MICE, and customer service teams for seamless service.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, pipeline status, forecasts, and achievement updates.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives when applicable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New corporate accounts acquired monthly/quarterly
- Revenue and profit targets achieved
- Client retention and satisfaction rate
- Number of client meetings and sales activities
- Account growth and up-selling metrics
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Corporate sales, preferably in the travel/tourism/hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of corporate travel needs and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel reservation systems (like Amadeus, Galileo preferred)
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in corporate travel sales or a similar role
Salary & Benefits:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
