We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our B2B SaaS solutions across India. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and assisting in closing deals alongside the Sales Manager.
Our growing product portfolio includes HRM and MR Reporting software, with new ERP modules launching soon. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in SaaS or IT sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding business requirements, presenting suitable software solutions, maintaining the sales pipeline, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with a proactive attitude, strong presentation skills, and a passion for technology sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls and online meetings
- Qualify prospects and understand basic business requirements
- Conduct or support product demos and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM data and manage the sales funnel
- Work with the Sales Manager to close deals
- Achieve monthly targets and activity metrics
Skills & Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / SaaS Sales / Tele-sales
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets
- Basic understanding of B2B software sales
- Willingness to work in a Work From Office setup
Preferred: Experience in HRMS / ERP / Business Software sales
