We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts.
- Promote room bookings, banquet facilities, conferences, and events.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
