Job Title: Marketing Executive – ATL & BTL
Job Summary:
A highly organized Marketing Executive to execute, coordinate, and track ATL and BTL marketing activities. The role is responsible for ensuring timely implementation of marketing campaigns, monitoring branding quality across locations, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining accurate campaign and branding reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Execution
- Execute ATL and BTL marketing activities as per approved marketing plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely campaign rollout.
- Follow up on campaign deliverables and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure campaigns are implemented as per approved timelines and brand guidelines.
- Campaign Tracking & Monitoring
- Track the status of all ATL and BTL campaigns from initiation to completion.
- Maintain campaign trackers, execution reports, and documentation.
- Monitor campaign timelines and escalate delays when required.
- Collect execution evidence, including photographs, reports, and vendor confirmations.
- Branding Quality Checks
- Conduct regular branding audits across branches, offices, events, and activation sites.
- Verify that all branding elements, signage, promotional materials, and marketing collateral meet company standards.
- Identify branding gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility across all locations.
- Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, fabrication vendors, media partners, and event agencies.
- Track vendor deliverables and ensure quality and timely execution.
- Verify completed work before processing invoices.
- Maintain records of vendor deliverables and campaign documentation.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, and regional teams for execution of marketing activities.
- Follow up with branches to ensure timely implementation of branding and promotional activities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing execution as required.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, branding, or vendor management.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
