Core Responsibilities
- Client Assessment: Evaluate clients’ current health, fitness levels, and goals to create personalized, safe, and effective training plans.
- Motivation & Coaching: Provide ongoing encouragement, feedback, and support to help clients maintain consistency and reach goals.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor physical progress (weight, BMI, body composition) and adjust workout plans as necessary.
Skills
- Certification: Valid certification from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build rapport.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
