About the Role
Harji Housing is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can help showcase our construction projects, client success stories, and brand journey through engaging video content. If you enjoy creating reels, shooting videos, storytelling, and social media marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content
Conduct and record client testimonials
Capture project walkthroughs and behind-the-scenes footage
Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns
Create daily content for Instagram and Facebook
Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain content calendars
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and video formats
Content Targets
The selected candidate will be expected to create:
50 Reels per month
20 YouTube Shorts per month
15 Long-form Videos per month
Daily Instagram Posts
Facebook Content
Client Testimonial Videos
Project Walkthrough Videos
Requirements
Experience in video shooting and editing
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Filmora, or similar software
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to travel to project sites in and around Mohali
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Real Estate or Construction Industry content creation experience
Drone videography knowledge (optional)
Graphic design skills are a plus
