Job Profile : Field Operations Supervisor
Location : Shri Ganganagar and Hanumangarh, Rajasthan
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to manage operations at fuel pumps in and around Shri Ganganagar and Hanumangarh.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring timely communication and execution of plans at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned fuel pumps regularly and monitor operational activities.
- Manage and supervise a team of 10–11 drivers working under the assigned territory.
- Communicate business plans, operational strategies, and instructions received from the Regional Manager to the field team.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational guidelines at pump locations.
- Coordinate with drivers and pump personnel to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance and ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and share regular field updates and reports with the Regional Manager.
- Independently manage field operations and take ownership of assigned locations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing field teams, drivers, or operational staff.
- Prior experience handling a team of 10 or more employees is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and strategies to field teams.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan and visit pump locations regularly.
- Experience in logistics, transport operations, fleet management, fuel operations, or related industries will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in fleet operations, transport management, or field operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Rajasthan geography and routes is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
