Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth by promoting DelveInsight’s Pharma subscription platforms and consulting solutions, contributing to overall account expansion and revenue generation.
- Strategically plan and execute outreach activities to maximize client engagement within the assigned geography.
- Identify, research, and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence to uncover new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions through effective presentations and consultative selling.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and account management.
- Monitor and evaluate personal sales performance, consistently striving to achieve and exceed defined targets.
Key Requirements
- A proactive and self-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
- 0–2 years of experience in solution-based or consultative sales, with exposure to target-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase business acumen, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general business tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field (preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
