About fixme:
We're a growing digital marketing agency managing social media, content, and ads for clients — including global clients. We're looking for a hands-on all-rounder to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn for multiple clients
- Write basic captions and content copy
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, growth)
- Assist with formatting Google Ads/Meta Ads reports
- Basic graphic creation using Canva
- Monitor comments/DMs and handle basic community management
- Competitor research and content ideas
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management (freshers welcome)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously, including international clients
- Basic understanding of Google Ads/Meta Ads reporting is a plus
