Provides Digital recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining successful client relationships. S/he prepares and executes media campaign and other deliverables.
This position will have responsibility to manage day-to-day planning, analysis, execution while maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients and partner agencies. The responsibilities are many, various, and not limited to those written in this document. These responsibilities must be directed continuously toward maintaining exceptional service to the client and providing timely deliverables, i.e., Performance Campaign, Media Plans, Point-of-Views (POVs), and related media analyses

§ Proactively plan to stay ahead of a changing and complex marketplace, as per client objectives
§ Evaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the same
§ Provide strategy & review the Digital Performance with Media team at a monthly, Quarterly and Yearly level
§ Identify opportunities for cross/Up –sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting them
§ Provides strategic direction and partners with key business stakeholders to develop and implement new complex digital marketing approaches which enhance and maintain the competitive position
§ Directs the strategic communication of digital media plans and ensures they are understood by all stakeholders and team members
§ Digital leader responsible in cascading knowledge, creating excitement with latest digital best practice in the market place and significantly raising the bar for Digital practice
§ Assist with new business pitches
§ Manage the P&L, receivables, contract status for the set of clients
§ Forecast market needs, planning product launches and campaigns
§ Reviewing the new technologies and keep updated on developments in Digital marketing
§ Study competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competition
§ Liaison with all publishers for best value for the client along with driving longer partnerships and integrations
§ Deliver Integrated Brand objectives with 360 digital marketing solutions across Digital Media Planning, Search, Social (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Display, Native & Programmatic to deliver across clients
§ SPOC for client queries & escalations
