Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Captain with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of stewards and service staff.
- Ensure prompt and efficient food & beverage service to guests.
- Greet guests, handle queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Take and manage orders while coordinating with the kitchen team for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in dining areas.
- Assist in staff training and ensure adherence to service protocols.
- Monitor table setup, guest handling, and smooth restaurant operations during service hours.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with prior experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, food courts, or catering services will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
