Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
