Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing works across residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution, supervision, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of plumbing systems as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at construction sites.
- Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting pipelines as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of plumbing materials.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to plumbing works.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.
- Manage and guide plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
Key Skills Required:
