With a dynamic product line and growing operations, we’re seeking an experienced Accountant to bring structure, accuracy, and insight to our finance function.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting; CA Inter or similar is a plus - 1 to 3 years of accounting experience preferably in trading/distribution companies
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel (pivot/VLOOKUP), and basic knowledge of GST portal
- Familiarity with import documentation, costing, and BOE entries is highly desirable but not compulsory
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Hindi, Marathi and English communication preferred for vendor coordination
- Willingness to visit banks or government offices if needed

- Entry Error Rate < 1% (BRS, Invoicing, Purchase, Journal, Receipts, Payments, E Way Bills) At End of Day (EOD) - MIS/P&L, BS, Creditors Report by 3rd working day of month - 100% Tax Filing Compliance (Zero Fines) - 95% On-Time Vendor Payments Reduction of expenses by 3%
- 100% SOP updates quarterly, - All new staff trained in 1 week, - FAQ guides created - Stock accuracy > 98%,
- Costing support on time,
- Daily logs submitted 100% - 100% meeting notes filed,
- O pending docs by month-end, - Admin stock maintained
