Role & responsibilities:
Role Purpose
Support the CHRO in planning, driving, and monitoring all HR strategic projects across PMS, Talent, L&D, Digital HR, Shared Services, CSR and D&I.
Acts as the central project manager ensuring timelines, coordination, and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & PMO
- Maintain the HR transformation roadmap and track progress
- Coordinate with HR teams and business units for on-time delivery
- Prepare project updates, dashboards and review documents
Performance, Talent & L&D Projects
- Support PMS implementation, calibration cycles, dashboards
- Coordinate succession planning, HiPo programs, assessment centres
- Track learning initiatives, competency rollout, and academies
Digital HR & Automation
- Assist in HRIS workflows, automation, integrations and process digitization
- Manage HR dashboards and basic analytics
- Ensure data hygiene and documentation quality
Shared Services & Governance
- Support creation of CoEs and Shared Services processes
- Track SLAs, checklists and standard operating workflows
CSR, D&I & Culture Projects
- Coordinate CSR partnerships, volunteering and reporting
- Track D&I programs, sensitization, Working Mothers Network
Preferred candidate profile:
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management & follow-through
- Organized, structured, detail-oriented
- Good communication & stakeholder coordination
- Comfortable with HR systems and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- MBA in HR with 6-8 years in HR PMO, HR Strategy, HR Operations, or HR Analytics
- Experience with HRIS tools (Keka, LMS, payroll systems) is an advantage

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
