Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound and attend inbound customer calls
- Explain nursery plants, gardening products, and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments
- Maintain daily call records and customer database
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
- Generate leads through calling and customer follow-up
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Good convincing and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a team
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
