JOB SUMMARY: Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprentices to support field operations within our Solar Pump Division. The apprentice will be responsible for conducting preinstallation site inspections, preparing site assessment reports, verifying post-installation quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh Diploma/ITI candidates who are looking to build a career in the renewable energy sector through practical field exposure and hands-on learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Phase 1 – Pre-Installation Activities:
Visit assigned customer locations for site surveys and inspections.
Verify site readiness and installation feasibility.
Capture site photographs, measurements, and observations.
Submit reports to the Reporting Manager within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for site-related clarifications.
Prepare site inspection reports in the prescribed format.
Phase 2 – Post-Installation Activities:
Visit installed solar pump project sites for quality verification.
Check installation quality and workmanship standards.
Verify panel placement, tilt angle, mounting structure, and safety compliance.
Perform basic verification of system generation and operational status.
Identify installation deviations and report observations.
Coordinate with the CRM Team for customer concerns and issue resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site findings.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
ITI or Diploma qualification is mandatory.
Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Must possess a Bike and Valid Driving License.
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Solar Operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate should belong to or be willing to work in the assigned local division.
