Should be well spoken and calm in taking guest orders and recording orders to Chef.
Should be able to communicate with the Guest and coordinate with the Chef and Front Office
Should know how to speak in Malayalam and English, Hindi is an added advantage
Should know how to keep restaurant and work station clean
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
· Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
· Collaborate with kitchen and taking stock and checking inventory .
· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
