We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to ensure accurate inventory management, stock movement, dispatch operations, and supply availability across our clinics and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and clinics.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
- Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and product movement.
Warehouse Operations
- Manage inward and outward stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and clinics.
Dispatch & Logistics
- Process product dispatches accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of all dispatches.
Reporting & Controls
- Generate inventory and stock reports.
- Maintain inventory dashboards and MIS reports.
- Support audits and physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock wastage, damages, and expiry management.
Coordination
- Work closely with clinic teams, procurement, finance, and operations.
- Ensure uninterrupted product availability across locations.
- Escalate stock risks proactively.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of Excel and inventory systems.
- Understanding of stock reconciliation and audits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Experience handling batch-controlled or expiry-sensitive products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
