Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage lead generation and client acquisition for our Digital Marketing Organization. The role includes generating business through Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email outreach, submitting proposals, and engaging with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in Upwork bidding, strong communication skills & negotiation skills and a good understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Meta Ads, Website Design & Development, Marketing Automation and GEO/AEO (Generative Engine Optimization & Answer Engine Optimization).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Outreaching, and other online platforms.
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit tailored proposals to potential clients.
- Manage daily bidding activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects and decision-makers.
- Execute email campaigns and follow-up strategies to manage potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Upwork Bidding.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and client outreach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services and ability to understand client requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
