About the Role
This is not a typical internship where you'll spend your time on repetitive administrative tasks. As an Office Intern, you will work directly with our Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Operations teams, gaining hands-on exposure to how a growing e-commerce business operates behind the scenes.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and excited to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, solving problems, coordinating with teams, and contributing to business growth.
The role offers flexibility and exposure to multiple business functions, making it an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, sales support, e-commerce management, and vendor relations.
What You'll Be Working On:
-Partnership Team Support
- Maintain and update vendor information in the company portal.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and profile management.
- Verify and organize vendor-related documents and records.
- Track partnership activities and ensure information remains accurate.
- Support communication and coordination with vendor partners when required.
-Sales Operations Support
- Collect, organize, and maintain sales information received through emails, WhatsApp, forms, and other communication channels.
- Enter leads, inquiries, customer details, and order information into CRM systems.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining accurate customer databases.
- Generate basic reports and help identify missing or incomplete information.
- Ensure data accuracy and highlight discrepancies for timely resolution.
-Product & Website Management Support
- Update new products and maintain product listings on the company website.
- Update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Perform quality checks on website listings.
- Support catalog management and content organization activities.
-Business Operations Support
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across departments.
- Help organize internal records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Support process documentation and workflow improvements.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for efficiency improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
