Land Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Land Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Promote and sell DTCP/RERA-approved land and plot projects.
● Generate leads through field marketing, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
● Meet prospective customers and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
● Conduct site visits and property presentations.
● Follow up with leads until the sale is completed.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
● Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
● Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
● 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
● Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
● Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
