Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational and service-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for service requirements, documentation, renewals, and investment-related activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain proper records of all client interactions and communications.
Client Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents and client records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation requirements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital client files systematically.
- Update client information regularly in CRM and internal databases.
Mutual Fund Operations
- Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, redemptions, and switches.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTA platforms, and investment partners for transaction processing.
- Monitor transaction status and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in portfolio reporting and investment review processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all investment transactions.
Insurance Operations
- Assist clients with health insurance, life insurance, and general insurance documentation.
- Coordinate policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and servicing.
- Track premium due dates and ensure timely renewal follow-ups.
- Liaise with insurance companies and service partners for smooth execution.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of the office.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal team members.
- Support compliance and audit-related documentation requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and record management systems are maintained.
Communication & Correspondence
- Draft professional emails, letters, client communications, and service updates.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client review sessions.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally.
- Maintain effective communication across all departments and stakeholders.
Reporting & MIS Management
- Record comprehensive client details using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate client portfolios, investment summaries, renewal reports, and business MIS.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Presentation & Marketing Support
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations for seminars, client meetings, workshops, and business events.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and client communication content.
- Support event coordination and client engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and business data.
- Assist in compliance documentation and internal process improvements.
- Ensure error-free execution of transactions and documentation.
