Primary Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Handle walk-in customers and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
Conduct property presentations and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer relationship records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Assist customers through the booking and documentation process.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in residential real estate sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
