The Role:
High-impact, high-visibility position working in the Founder’s Office. You will ensure routine operations run smoothly so the Founder can focus strictly on product development and market growth. This role requires a high-agency individual to handle everything from drafting NDAs to compiling investor decks and tracking statutory compliance deadlines.
What You Will Do:
Corporate Backbone: Review business documents to minimize contractual risks, maintain meeting notes, and track compliance deadlines.
Investor Updates: Take raw engineering data and financial projections to compile monthly/quarterly updates for investors.
Correspondence: Draft high-stakes emails, manage outreach campaigns, and organize incoming leads cleanly.
Admin Support: Handle calendar management, complex travel planning, interview scheduling, and basic IT/onboarding logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations: Manage the Investor CRM, maintain the Virtual Data Room (VDR), and coordinate due diligence requests.
Corporate Secretarial: Act as primary liaison for MCA compliances and ensure Board Minutes are filed on time.
Transaction Support: Assist in incentive program roll-outs, review Term Sheets, and manage the flow of NDAs and Vendor Agreements.
MIS Reporting: Partner with the accountant to monitor burn rate, generate runway reports, and update financial models.
(Note: There will be a probation period for this role.)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Law, or Business, AND a Master's degree in a related field. Preferably from a Tier-1 University.
1–3 years of experience in either Venture Capital or Investment Banking or Management Consulting or Corporate Law.
Absolute financial literacy (reading Balance Sheets, understanding Cap Tables and Pre/Post-Money valuations).
Exceptional written English for board-ready communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
CA / CFA Level 1 / CS / MBA qualification.
Direct experience assisting with a corporate Due Diligence process.
Familiarity with commercial Grants or Tendering processes.
Skills & Abilities:
High Agency: Self-directed operator who drives tasks forward independently.
Detail Oriented: Zero tolerance for typos in decks or errors in financial data.
Confidentiality: Absolute discretion in handling sensitive compensation, cap table, and IP data.
Legal Fluency: Comfortable in vetting Shareholders' Agreements (SHA) and Convertible Notes.
IT Proficieny: Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Slack/Cliq, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Application Requirement: Attach a portfolio, writing sample, or brief case study showcasing business documents, financial models, or presentation decks you have personally built.
