We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, executing, and finalizing construction projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency across all site activities.
Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and field staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and management.
Review structural drawings, technical specifications, and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.
Procure materials, equipment, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solution strategies.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Experience: [5–8+ years] of proven experience in construction project management.
Skills:
Strong leadership, project management, and team handling capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, material management, and budgeting.
Excellent negotiation, client-facing, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills under tight deadlines.
